Schwabe Silicea 50 M Dilutions :

The use of genuine raw materials, back potency and expensive and purest form of alcohol, namely Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) make Schwabe India dilutions superior to other dilutions available in the market. Extra Neutral Alcohol guarantees that the dilutions and mother tinctures are free from impurities. Drug potentisation is done using the Hahnemannian method, which was introduced by Dr. Hahnemann himself and followed by Dr. Willmar Schwabe from the beginning.

It is clinically indicated in conditions of imperfect assimilation and defective nutrition, diseases of bones such as caries and necrosis, for absorption of scar-tissue, keloids, abscesses, headaches, spasms and epileptic attacks.

Throat: Inflammation and abscess of the tonsils with pricking pains. Swelling and induration of the cervical glands and parotids with stinging pain while swallowing.

Rectum: Inactive rectum with paralyzed feeling. Anal abscesses, fistula, fissures and painful haemorrhoids, with spasms of anal sphincter. Difficult stool which is partly expelled and recedes again with much straining. Stinging in the rectum and constipation before and during menses. Irritability of anal sphincter with foul smelling diarrhea.

Female: Thin, milky and acrid leucorrhea during urination with itching of vulva and vagina. Intermittent bleeding in between the menstrual periods. Profuse menses with icy coldness over whole body. Hard lumps in the breast, fistula of breasts with ulceration, sore nipples with tendency to ulceration, abscess of labia, vaginal cysts are some of the indication of this remedy.

Extremities: Sharp pains in the back shooting through the hips, legs and feet. Weakness of the extremities with cramps in calves and soles, trembling of hands and paralytic weakness of forearm. It is effective in treating affections of finger nails such as white spots on nails, ingrowing toe nails and deformed nails. Excessive, offensive sweat on feet, hands, and axilla with icy coldness of the parts. Tension and pain in knee with contractions in the calves. Soreness and pain on the soles.

Skin: Swelling of the fingertips with infection of the nailbeds, whitlow, abscesses, boils, old fistulous ulcers, cracks at the end of the fingers, swelling of glands, rosy blotches, infections of old scars, etc. All the complaints are associated with pus formation and suppuration. It promotes expulsion of foreign bodies from the tissues, helps in the absorption of keloids and scars, and heals the fistulous tracts. Cracks in the finger tips with dryness and itching, with deformed nails and abscess of the joints.

Modalities: Worse during new moon, in morning, from washing, during menses, uncovering, lying down, damp, lying on, left side and cold. Better from warmth, wrapping up the head, summer, and wet or humid weather.
