Aloe Veda Avocado Oil :

 Avocado oil is a mono-unsaturated oil extracted from the avocado fruit. It contains essential nutrients such as folic acid, amino acids, iron, copper, magnesium, and Vitamins A, D, E, and B6, which are very important for hair nourishment and growth.
